I included some of the prices, but keep in mind these will change depending on your floor plan, community, or even state. But, I found it really helpful to have some idea of what different options would cost (even if they were a little off from one community to the next). Hopefully it'll help you to decide what to select in your home!

ReplyDeleteI love that you added prices. It is interesting to see how things are priced differently in different areas. We're building an Avalon in Maryland: http://ryanhomesjourney.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteWe paid $275 each for fan rough-ins, $150 for each recessed light and the recessed lights in the kitchen were included.
ReplyDeleteI feel like it can sort of all even out in the end. It's crazy how different prices can be though.
DeleteI'm curious about your tile options since we're building in Fort Mill: did they actually come out as you described? When we got to Rite Rug they said level A bathroom tile is white or almond 6X6, Level B is similar but 12" glazed tiles and a couple more colors, and you have to do level C to get the pretty tile or listellos
